• Designed to support the web by air discharged through special purpose nozzles allowing ‘contact free’ drying or a high heat transfer co-efficiency at low web tension.
• Air Flotation dryers are suitable for a wide range of product processing
  e.g. Paper, film, foils, laminates, fabrics and flexible packaging.
• The design configuration can be horizontal, vertical or multi-pass.
• Removable nozzles to allow cleaning of both the nozzles and the inner chambers.
• Offers single or double sided coating of aqueous or solvent based products.
• Air Flotation dryers are suitable for various heat sources, i.e. direct or indirect gas, steam or electric and may be used in conjunction with a variable designed air float nozzle for sensitive coatings.
